Wasabi Aioli

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise 

2 tsp wasabi powder

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use. 

My notes:  

You may add more of less of everything listed above depending on your tastes.  We really enjoy this when we make grilled ahi.
